Interface with Financial Management Software
Our personal online banking service offers a FREE interface to Microsoft Money® or Intuit Quicken® software, so you can easily import your Columbia banking records into your budget software.
Money and Quicken help you better manage your money, balance your checkbook, track spending habits and bank online with ease. They can be purchased from local software retailers or online.
Software Supported
Columbia Credit Union's online banking supports Direct Connect with the following software. For older versions of the software, you may export transaction information from within personal online banking.
- Intuit Quicken for Windows (2004 and newer)
- Intuit Quicken for Mac (2004 and newer)
- Microsoft Money (2001 and newer)

Import Data
Once your software is installed, you can quickly import your Columbia Credit Union account data from within the your software.
- Microsoft Money:
- Open your Microsoft Money software application
- Click on any one of your accounts under the account listing
- Under the "Common Task" section on the left, click "Go To Columbia Credit Union"
- Click "Update Now"
- Under the "Account Transactions" section, make sure Columbia Credit Union is selected, and then enter your personal online banking password
- Click "Update" to start the process
- You will get an "Update-in-Progress" window, which will close once the import is complete
- Intuit Quicken:
- Open your Quicken software application
- Click "Update"
- The "One Step Update" box will open
- Under "Financial Institutions" make sure the box for "Download latest cleared transactions and balances" is selected
- Enter your PIN (same as your personal online banking password)
- Click "Update Now"
- The Quicken "One Step Update Status" box will appear
- Once completed you will have little orange flags next to your accounts under the "Cash Flow Center"
- Importing is completed
