Digital Insight, Columbia Credit Union's online banking provider, has notified the credit union about a current phishing scam directed at its partner financial institutions and their members. Columbia Credit Union members should be careful to avoid being tricked into providing sensitive financial informtion by this fraudulant email, which appear to be from an official Digital Insight source. Digital Insight is currently working to shut down the sites that these phishing emails link to.
Some of the false email addresses that users have reported include:

- admin@support.digitalinsight.com
- admin-support@digitalinsight.com
- customer-care@digitalinsight.com
- accounts@digitalinsight.com
- support@update.digitalinsight.com
- administration@digitallnsight.com

If you received this email or other suspicious communications, please forward a copy to abuse@columbiacu.org. If you responded to the scheme, immediately notify our Member Service Call Center at 360.891.4000.
