CUNA reports new phishing attempt – 11-05-07
The Credit Union National Association (CUNA) reported an increase in phishing emails over the last week. Several versions of the scam are circulating nationwide. The emails claim to be from CUNA and request consumers to call a phone number or click a link due to a compromised credit card account. You should not respond to this message. We have become aware of an email claiming to be from Columbia Credit Union,
asking you to participate in a "new security system" and log into your account
with a provided link. Be advised that Columbia Credit Union did NOT send
