To celebrate the opening of its new green Grand Central branch, Columbia Credit Union recently made community donations to improve the quality of life in Southwest Washington.
President and CEO Parker Cann made a $63,000 pledge over five years to the Columbia River Economic Development Council to support a vibrant Southwest Washington economy; presented $5,000 to the city of Vancouver to help fund a new MacArthur Boulevard Master Plan that will incorporate sustainability; and presented $2,500 to Columbia Springs Environmental Education Center to fund environmental education programs.
